Eristoff est une marque de Vodka créée pour le prince Eristoff, en 1806. Le logo de la marque présente un loup sous la Lune, Pour représenter le nom Persan de la Géorgie, Virshan, "le pays des loups".
Histoire

Le nom Géorgien de la marque est Eristavi, jusqu'à l'adoption de son nom russe, Eristoff ou Eristov. Quand le Prince Alexander Constantine Eristavi/Eristoff quitte la Géorgie pour s'installer à Saint Petersbourg, Eristavi devient Eristoff.
- En 1806, Le prince Prince Ivane Eristoff est à l'origine de la création de la Vodka Eristavi.
Comme l'indique le bas des bouteilles de la marque comportant l'inscription "Original Recipe of Prince Eristoff of 1806" en écriture cyrillique.
- En 1920, suite à la révolution bolchevique de 1917 menée par Lénine, le Prince Nicolai Alexandrovitch Eristoff s'exile en Europe, cette même année, Vladimir Smirnov recrée la distillerie Smirnoff à Constantinople suite à la même révolution russe.
- En 1970, le dernier prince Eristoff, le Prince Nicolai Alexandrovich Eristoff meurt ; son nom sera en son hommage inscrit sur les bouteilles de la marque.
