 Cette boîte : voir • amendements proposés à la Constitution américaine et examinés par le Sénat américain dans les années 1950. Il visait à limiter les pouvoirs du président, notamment en ce qui concerne les sole executive agreements.

Passage devant le congrès

Sans cesse repoussé par Eisenhower, l'amendement obtint 60 voix contre 31 au sénat, à une voix des deux tiers nécessaires pour être adopté.
