Vairagya

Vairāgya (devanāgarī: वैराग्य) est un terme sanskrit qui signifie renoncement au monde ou abnégation[1]. Dans les Yogasūtra de Patañjali, vairāgya va de pair avec abhyāsa[2],[3].
