Emily Greene Balch, née à Boston (Massachusetts) le 8 janvier 1867 et morte à Cambridge (Massachusetts) le 9 janvier 1961, est une économiste, pacifiste et syndicaliste américaine, Prix Nobel de la paix en 1946.

Créatrice de la Ligue internationale des femmes pour la paix et la liberté, dont elle est secrétaire de 1919 à 1922 et de 1934 à 1935, elle est hostile à l'entrée en guerre des États-Unis en 1917. Elle reçoit le Prix Nobel de la paix en 1946. Elle est membre de la branche américaine du Mouvement international de la Réconciliation et affiliée aux Quakers.
