James Stuart Duggan (né le 14 janvier 1954), plus connu sous le nom de "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan, est un catcheur professionnel à la World Wrestling Entertainment dans la division RAW, après avoir été une ancienne gloire de la World Wrestling Federation et par la suite de la World Championship Wrestling avec sa personnalité de patriote américain.
Il aura surtout été le premier vainqueur du Royal Rumble, le Royal Rumble 1988.
Le 27 Septembre 2008 à Paris ( POPB ), Charlie Haas alias Jim Dugghaas arrive sur le ring déguisé en Jim Duggan avec un drapeau Américain en criant U.S.A , Jim Duggan arrive à son tour avec un drapeau Français, le combat débute et après quelques actions, il gagne finalement le combat avec un coup de la corde à linge .
Le (Date à communiquer), il gagna par forfait[réf. nécessaire] face a Y2J Chris Jericho, se prenant pour la super star, a refusé de se battre,ne prenant pas Hackshaw comme un adversaire à sa hauteur. Lors du Royal Rumble Match de 2009, il fait une apparition en entrant 29e. Il se fera éliminé par Big Show. On ne l'a plus revu depuis le Royal Rumble 2009. Il quitte la WWE le 2 octobre 2009
