Home Depot, Inc. est une entreprise de distribution américaine pour l'équipement de la maison (bricolage, jardinage, etc.) dont le siège social est situé dans la ville d'Atlanta en Géorgie.
Son fondateur, Bernard Marcus s'est récemment distingué en construisant à Atlanta l'un des aquariums les plus modernes au monde.

Au Québec, il y a 19 magasins qui portent le nom Home Depot. Ils sont bon cinquième après Rona, Groupe BMR, Réno Dépôt, et Home Hardware.

En France, l'équivalent de ce concept sont les Brico Dépôt du groupe Kingfisher.

En Chine, cinq des douze Home Depot ouvert en 2006 sont fermés due à la différence culturelle entre les Chinois et les Américains.

En Amérique Latine, les Home Depot n'ont pas eu beaucoup de succès et ont dû vendre leurs magasins, sauf au Mexique, où Home Depot est bien implanté.
