La Galley-la-Company est une société présente dans le manga One Piece qui fabrique des bateaux.
Son chef, Iceberg, a plusieurs apprentis avec des pouvoirs différents. Cette compagnie se trouve sur « Water Seven » une île de « Grande Line ». Elle fabrique des bateaux pour les pirates ou la marine sans exception et ses employeurs sont considérés comme les héros de la ville.
Après le passage de Luffy et les troubles causés par le « CP9 », ils construisent avec Franky, le nouveau bateau des Mugiwara ,le Thousand Sunny qui remplace le Vogue Merry puisqu'il est complètement détruit.
Franky et Iceberg étaient les apprentis de Tom, l'ingénieur qui construit le « Umi resha » , sa compagnie se nommait alors Tom's Worker.
