Le label AZ, créé en 2002 est un label de musique appartenant au groupe Universal. Des artistes comme Admiral T, Amy Winehouse, Grand corps malade, Chimène Badi, Duffy, Kool Shen, Mélissa Nkonda, Starliners, James Morrison, Izia, Jessie J, Toma, Juliette Katz font partie de ce label.
En mai 2010, le label AZ a lancé le premier casting sur Facebook nommé : Je veux signer chez Az. Deux candidats sont sortis victorieux du casting de cette édition 2010 : Victor Le Douarec et Mélissa Nkonda.
En Mars 2011 a eu lieu la seconde édition du casting Je veux signer chez Az. Une candidate est sortie victorieuse du casting : Alias Hilsum.
