She's a Woman est une chanson des Beatles, sortie en face B de I Feel Fine en 1964. Il s'agit de la première chanson du groupe à faire allusion aux drogues — en l'occurrence la marijuana.

Elle figure également sur le pressage américain Beatles '65 et on la retrouve sur la compilation Past Masters, Volume One.

Johnny Hallyday l'a adapté en français sous le titre On a ses jours sur l'album Halleluyah (1965).
