Rukayya (arabe رقية [ruqayya] : élevée), deuxième des quatre filles de Mahomet et Khadija, morte avant son père. Le calife Uthman fut successivement époux et veuf d'elle et de sa sœur Umm Kulthum.

On trouve la forme Rokia en Afrique noire.
