L'Interstate 45 (couramment appelée I-45) est une autoroute américaine inter-États entièrement située à l'intérieur du Texas. Son numéro impair indique que c'est à l'origine une autoroute nord-sud. Contrairement à la plupart des Interstate highways se terminant en 5, l'I-45 ne va pas d'une frontière à une autre.
