La Sago (jeu de mots en espéranto signifiant à la fois « La Flèche » et acronyme de La Sat-Amikara GazetO signifiant Le Journal de SAT-Amikaro) est la revue mensuelle de l'association espérantiste francophone SAT-Amikaro.
Elle remplace l'ancienne revue qui portait le nom de l'association.
Le rythme annuel de parution est de huit numéros de 16 pages, plus deux numéros (dits « double ») de 20 pages. Chaque numéro de La Sago comporte, en supplément interne détachable, quatre pages centrales en français.
Les articles proviennent principalement des contributions des lecteurs - qu'ils soient adhérents ou non de SAT-Amikaro - en espéranto ou en français, et ne concernent pas uniquement le mouvement espérantiste, mais aussi des sujets généraux d'actualité ou de problèmes de société. La Sago, organe de SAT-Amikaro est évidemment le reflet de son idéologie, qui se définit résolument progressiste.
Le titre de la revue est soutenu du slogan : "Espéranto, vers une culture sans frontière"
