Knebworth est un concert de rock britannique donné à Knebworth, une ville anglaise de l'Hertfordshire, le samedi 30 juin 1990.
Historique
C'était un concert organisé par et pour le Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy Center (musicothérapie au profit des enfants handicapés) et de la BRIT School For Performing Arts and Technology. Ce concert réunit beaucoup d'artistes ayant eu un Grammy Award. Le coût de ce concert était de 30£ par billet. Chaque groupe a joué une dizaine de titres (tous ne sont pas repris sur les VHS et DVD).
On retrouve également un Supergroup : d'abord Eric Clapton, suivi de Dire Straits et pour terminer Elton John. L'ensemble joua un titre nommé : Sunshine of Your Love chanté par Eric Clapton et un titre caché Drum Duo (uniquement sortie en VHS). Ce festival donna reformation de Cliff Richard avec The Shadows le temps de ce concert. C'est lors de ce festival que le groupe Pink Floyd achèva leur tournée promotionelle de l'album A Momentary Lapse of Reason.
