L'International Commerce Center est un gratte-ciel en construction à Hong Kong dont la livraison est prévue pour 2010. Il est situé au bord de l'eau, au sud-ouest de la péninsule de Kowloon.
Avec une hauteur prévue de 484 mètres, il devrait devenir l'immeuble le plus haut de la région, dépassant de 70 mètres le Two International Finance Center qui lui fait face de l'autre côte de Victoria Harbour.
L'International Commerce Center fait partie d'Union Square.
Une vue rapprochée des travaux
Le projet a été modifié en 2001 : la tour devait se terminer en pyramide, elle se terminera finalement en parallépipède.
