Ælfric d'Eynsham (v. 955 – v. 1010), également dit Ælfric Grammaticus (Ælfric le Grammairien) fut un ecclésiastique anglo-saxon, abbé d’Eynsham (près d'Oxford).
Moine, élève de saint Æthelwold de Winchester (dont il écrivit une Vie), il rédigea une œuvre essentiellement à l’usage des moines : une grammaire et un manuel de latin, les célèbres Colloquia (petits textes bilingues d’entraînement présentant une vision idéalisée de la société anglo-saxonne), des homélies (les Homélies catholiques, inspirées largement de la Règle de saint Benoît) et de nombreuses vies de saints (en particulier sur les pères du désert et les pères du monachisme occidental). Sa prose est d’une écriture concise et énergique, qui doit beaucoup à la tradition poétique anglo-saxonne (ceci est en particulier sensible à travers l'utilisation de l’allitération).
