Robert Banks Jenkinson (Londres, 7 juin 1770 – 4 décembre 1828), 2e comte de Liverpool, homme politique britannique, a été le premier ministre du Royaume-Uni qui est resté le plus longtemps en fonction, de 1812 à 1827. À cette date, George Canning lui succéda.
