L'Interstate 265 (I-265) est une Interstate Highway qui entoure en partie la zone métropolitaine de la ville de Louisville, aux États-Unis. Dans le Kentucky, elle relie les autoroutes Interstate 65 et Interstate 71 et dans l'Indiana elle relie l'Interstate 64 à l'Interstate 65. La route parcourt ainsi environ 11 km en Indiana pour 39 km au Kentucky.

La route est en fait constituée de deux tronçons non reliés. Un projet de construction d'un pont sur la rivière Ohio existe depuis 30 ans dans le but de relier la partie de l'Indiana avec la partie du Kentucky.
