Les Liaisons coupablesClaire Bloom est une actrice anglaise, née le 15 février 1931 à Londres (Royaume-Uni). Elle fut mariée à Rod Steiger puis à Philip Roth et vécut deux expériences romantiques avec Richard Burton et Laurence Olivier.
Son rôle le plus connu reste certainement celui de la jeune danseuse Terry recueillie et aidée par Charles Chaplin dans Les Feux de la rampe. Elle assista très émue à une projection exceptionnelle du film cinquante ans plus tard sur la Piazza Maggiore de Bologne devant quatre mille spectateurs et rappela combien ce chef d'œuvre avait compté dans sa carrière[1].
