Monsieur et Madame Tweak sont des personnages fictifs de la série télévisée South Park.
Ce sont les parents de Tweek
Ils apparaissent en même temps que leur fils dans l'épisode Les Gnomes voleurs de slips, où leur café risque la faillite après l'implantation dans la ville d'un Harbucks Café (parodie de la chaîne Starbucks Coffee).
Richard Tweek
Richard Tweek tient un café à South Park appelé le « Tweak Bros. Coffee » où il sert un café infect, ce qui est à l'origine du fait que leur fils soit caféinomane.
Dans la version originale, il est doublé par Trey Parker.
Cindy Tweek
Cindy Tweek travaille au café de son mari.
Dans la version originale, elle a été doublée par Mary Kay Bergman, Eliza Schneider puis actuellement par April Stewart.
