Wildlife Sanctuaries de l'Inde

Les Wildlife Sanctuaries (littéralement de l'anglais : sanctuaires de vies sauvages) sont, en Inde des zones protégées reconnues de catégorie IV par la Commission mondiale des aires protégées. L'Inde a classé plus de 500 zones, parmi lesquelles les 28 Tigers Reserves ou les Birds sanctuary.

Certaines zones, en raison de l'importance de leur faune ont été déclarée nationale comme le National Chambal Wildlife Sanctuary pour protéger le Gavial.
