Clotaire de Kent
Hlothhere, Clotaire ou Lothaire est roi de Kent de 673 à sa mort, le 6 février 685. Fils d'Earcombert, il succède à son frère Egbert conjointement avec son neveu Eadric (un code de loi mentionne leurs deux noms). En 676, le roi Æthelred de Mercie envahit le Kent. En 685, Eadric, écarté de la succession, demande l'aide du Sussex contre Hlothhere, qui est vaincu et tué. Son fils Richard s'exile en Allemagne, puis à Lucques, où il meurt.
