Swæfheard (fl. v. 688-693) est un roi de Kent essentiellement connu par trois chartes.
La première, par laquelle il octroie des terres à l'abbesse de Minster-in-Thanet, est datée du 1er mars 689. Elle indique qu'il se trouvait alors dans la seconde année de son règne et qu'il était le fils de Sebbi le Saint[1]. Il apparaît comme témoin sur deux autres chartes émises par Oswine en 690[2],[3].
D'après Bède le Vénérable, Swæfheard était toujours roi de Kent, conjointement avec Wihtred, au moment de l'élection de l'archevêque de Cantorbéry Bertwald, en 693. On n'entend plus parler de lui par la suite.
