Il se présente sous la forme d'une petite boule rouge dure à l'aspect lisse (attention à ne pas confondre avec la Fraise Tagada). Sa forme n'est pas parfaitement sphérique, elle comporte une aire plane. L'intérieur du Floppy est une matière blanche pâteuse.
Son goût, quoique chimique, rappelle celui de la fraise.
Autrefois très répandu, en partie du fait de son prix moins élevé que la plupart des autres bonbons Haribo, on en trouve aujourd'hui difficilement.
