Fastweb, filiale de Swisscom, est une entreprise italienne spécialisée dans la téléphonie terrestre les connexions à bandes larges et la télévision.
Fastweb a marqué l'histoire des télécommunications. Elle est l'entreprise qui a lancé en Europe la première offre de type triple play : un abonnement unique pour la téléphonie, l'internet et la télévision. Moins de cinq ans après, tous les grands opérateurs fixes de téléphonie grands publics des grands pays européens proposent un offre équivalente à l'offre historique de cette société.
En 2007, Swisscom fait une OPA[1] sur Fastweb et détient désormais 82%[2] du capital.
