Garniture de bœuf, poulet et divers légumes. Rarement, comme c'est le cas ici, les fajitas ne sont pas servies dans des
tortillas.
Une fajita est un mets de cuisine Tex-Mex constitué d'une tortilla (sorte de crêpe) de farine de blé pliée et remplie de viande (le plus souvent, de poulet, ou bien aussi de bœuf, de porc et même parfois remplacée par des crevettes), et de crudités diverses (salade, tomates, oignons,...), sauces (guacamole, salsa...) et condiments.
