Patriots of Micronesia est l'hymne national des États fédérés de Micronésie.
Les paroles ainsi que la musique sont inspirées de l'hymne officieux de l'Allemagne de l'Ouest entre 1949 et 1952 Ich hab' mich ergeben, lui-même tirée du chant estudiantin Wir hatten gebauet ein stattliches Haus composé par August Daniel von Binzer.
Il est en usage depuis 1991 mais c'était aussi l'hymne du Territoire sous tutelle des îles du Pacifique dont les FSM faisaient partie.
Le titre de cet hymne est parfois Accross All Micronesia (de son deuxième couplet).
