Le Colonel Black est un personnage de fiction créé par Akira Toriyama dans le manga Dragon Ball en 1984.
Histoire

Ce qui suit dévoile des moments clés de l’intrigue.
C'est un homme de grande taille et à la peau noire qui sert de conseiller au général Red. Il a beaucoup plus l'apparence d'un chef militaire que le général Red ce qui rend ce dernier assez ridicule. Lorsque Son Goku envahit le siège de l'armée du Red Ribon, le général Red révèle au colonel Black qu'il souhaite en fait posséder les Dragon Balls pour devenir plus grand. Son assistant, découvrant alors que tous les plans de cette armée n'étaient mis en place que dans le but d'assouvir un caprice personnel du général Red, et non pour dominer le monde, tue celui-ci mais il est finalement vaincu par Son Goku.
Dragon Ball GT
Dans Dragon Ball GT, il fait 3 apparitions dans la saga Super C-17,il perd sur le coup contre Pan, on le voit retourner en Enfer en discutant avec le Commandant Blue puis avec Nappa, le commandant Blue et Sergent Metallic dit à Piccolo qu'il devait se plaindre mais celui-ci décida de rester en Enfer pour faire appliquer les règles.
