Thomas Keller (né le 14 octobre 1955) est un chef cuisinier, restaurateur et écrivain de livres de cuisine américain.
Lui et son restaurant, The French Laundry à Yountville, en Californie, ont remporté plusieurs prix de la James Beard Foundation, notamment celui du meilleur chef de Californie en 1996 et celui du meilleur chef d'Amérique en 1997. En 2005, il a obtenu trois étoiles au Guide Michelin pour son restaurant new-yorkais Per-se et, en 2006, il a obtenu trois étoiles dans ce même guide, pour son restaurant The French Laundry, ce qui fait de lui l'un des quatre seuls chefs de cuisine dans le monde à avoir simultanément deux restaurants à trois étoiles (avec Eugénie Brazier, Marc Veyrat et Alain Ducasse).
Il est choisi comme conseiller culinaire pour le film d'animation à succès Ratatouille, sorti en 2007.
