Reflections Software (renommé depuis Ubisoft Reflections) est une société britannique de développement de jeu vidéo fondée en 1984 par Martin Edmonson et basée à Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
Avant l'énorme succès de Driver en 1999, ce studio a réalisé Destruction Derby et Destruction Derby 2 qui ont contribué à faire de la PlayStation une plate-forme de référence des années 90. Au début des années 90, la série Shadow of the Beast en avait fait de même pour le Commodore Amiga.
En 1998, la société est rachetée par GT Interactive. En 1999, Reflections devient une filiale d'Infogrames suite au rachat de GT Interactive. En décembre 2004, Martin Edmonson annonce qu'il quitte la tête de la structure[1]. En juillet 2006, Infogrames (Atari) revend les principaux actifs du studio et la franchise Driver à Ubisoft pour 24 millions de dollars US[2]. Le studio est renommé Ubisoft Reflections Limited.
