Kfar Saba (en hébreu : כפר סבא), dont le nom signifie « village du grand-père », est une ville israélienne située dans le District Central. Sa population était en 2006 de 81 400 habitants, à 99,9 % d'origine juive. La proximité de cette ville avec la ligne verte maintient cette ville sous la menace d'incursions terroristes en provenance de Cisjordanie.
