La Haggada de Pessah (hébreu : הגדה של פסח) est un texte en hébreu ancien utilisé pour la cérémonie du Seder durant Pessa'h, la Pâque juive. La Haggada est ancienne, elle date de l'époque de la Mishnah c'est-à-dire environ deux millénaires.
La Haggada raconte l'histoire des Hébreux et leur exil d'Égypte. Le contenu provient des événements narrés dans l'Ancien Testament, dans le livre l'Exode. Elle est lue durant le Seder et contient les rites à réaliser durant la cérémonie.
La Haggada de Bordeaux, parue en 1813, est la première et la seule qui soit manuscrite, enluminée et produite en France au XIXe siècle. Elle est accompagnée d'une traduction en ancien français. Elle fut écrite par Isaac Soreph et illustrée par son frère Jacob à l'occasion du mariage de leur neveu et fils, Isaac Soreph avec Léa Lévy Alvarès.
