Histoire

2009 :

  • Au 1er février, GL Trade disparait et devient SunGard Global Trading.

2008 :

  • SunGard annonce le rachat des parts des actionnaires majoritaires, direct ou indirect, de GL Trade (les fondateurs et le groupe NYSE Euronext).
  • SunGard, au terme d'une OPA, retire l'action GL Trade des marchés financiers.

2007 :

  • En novembre, Decision Software rejoint GL TRADE pour compléter l'offre du groupe en solutions de Trading pour le Fixed Income.
  • En juillet, acquisition d'infotec pour renforcer l'offre de DATA et d'information du goupe.
  • Ouverture d'un nouveau bureau à Mumbai.
  • Achat de FNX Solutions, Fournisseur de solutions dédiées au FOREX.

2006 :

  • Rachat d'EMOS, société spécialisée dans le middle office pour dérivés
  • Acquisition de Nyfix Overseas
  • GL TRADE cède le contrat de distribution des produits Fermat

2005 :

  • Rachat OASIS, société Newyorkaise complétant l'offre GL SETTLE.
  • Ouverture de bureaux à Taiwan et à Moscou.

2004 :

  • Acquisition d’Ubitrade, fournisseur de solutions de négociation électronique et de back office. Ubitrade a son pôle de recherche et développement a Tunis (il n'y a pas de développement en France), detail important dans la restructuration dans les domaines de gestion de projet, developpement et test des produits GL Trade (notamment dans les secteurs trading et fluxs de donnees de marche).
  • Rachat aux États Unis de la société Davidge, spécialiste des outils de front et de middle office sur les marchés Actions et Options américains.
  • Ouverture d’un bureau à Séoul, Corée.
  • Rachat d’Iris Group aux Pays Bas : market making options.
  • Reuters sort du capital de GL TRADE: Augmentation du flottant de GL TRADE à 32,4 %.
  • Coentreprise avec SIA en Italie : création de GLESIA (51 % GL TRADE, 49 % SIA).
  • Création de GL SETTLE et de la ligne de produits Back Office


2003 :

  • Ouverture d’un bureau à Genève, Suisse.
  • Rachat de 4D Trading : outil d’analyse graphique en 3 dimensions.
  • Rachat de Misys STS (Londres, Tokyo, Hong Kong).
  • Prise de participation dans LOGIC INVEST : base de données OPCVM.

2002 :

  • Ouverture d’une filiale en Afrique du Sud (Johannesburg), en Suède (Stockholm) et au Canada (Toronto), et d’un bureau au Portugal (Lisbonne).
  • Rachat de la société CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants Ltd au Japon.

2001 :

  • Ouverture des filiales de Tokyo, Milan et Bruxelles.
  • Elargissement de l’offre produits dans l’Order Management System avec la reprise de la société Finsoft à Hong Kong.

2000 :

  • Ouverture de filiales à Hong Kong, en Hollande, en Espagne, en Australie et en Suisse.

1999 :

  • Ouverture d’une filiale à Singapour.
  • Elargissement de l’offre produits au middle-office avec le rachat de la société FL Software à Londres et du produit Ténor en France.

1998 :

  • GL TRADE ouvre son capital à Reuters (33,5%).
  • Ouverture d’une filiale en Allemagne et aux États-Unis.

1997 :

  • Elargissement de la gamme de produits au multimédia avec le rachat à 80% de Chronobourse, rebaptisé GL multimedi@.

1996 :

  • Rachat de Servisen et 1re implantation à l’étranger (Londres).

1995:

  • Création du réseau GL NET.

1993:

  • Création de GLWin.

1992 :

  • Rapprochement avec la SBF.

1987 :

  • Création de la société.
