Dane Rudhyar (23 mars 1895 – 13 septembre 1985), né Daniel Chennevière, était compositeur et le pionnier de l'astrologie transpersonnelle.
Biographie
Il fut tout d'abord influencé par Marc Edmund Jones. Il était un ami de Alice Bailey et à l'origine de plusieurs concepts utilisés par le New Age. Considéré comme le père de l'astrologie humaniste, il a fondé aux États-Unis le Comité international pour une astrologie humaniste. (C.I.A.H)[1].
Il a publié environ 40 ouvrages.
Dane Rudhyar eut pour compagnon de route en Europe Alexander Ruperti, fondateur du Réseau d'Astrologie Humaniste (RAH).
