Description
Le codex se compose de 231 folios (32 x 27 cm)[1]. Il peut être calculé que le manuscrit original a contenu 462 folios[2].
La nomina sacra abrégé, et écrit en or (ΙΣ, ΘΣ, ΚΣ, ΥΣ, et ΣΩΤΗΡ)[3]. Il contient le Canons de concordances.
C'est le témoin du texte byzantin. Kurt Aland le classe en Catégorie V[1]. Les textes de Lucas 22,43-44 et de Jean 7,53–8,11 sont omis[4].
In Jean 1,27 il contenant de la lecture supplémentaire εκεινος υμας Βαπτιζει εν πνευματι αγιω και πυρι[5].

Les experts datent ce manuscrit du VIe siècle[1]. Il a été démembré par les croisés au XIIe siècle[6].
Il est conservé à la Bibliothèque nationale russe (Gr. 537) à Saint-Pétersbourg — 182 folios, Patmos — 33 folios, Rome — 6 folios, Londres — 4 folios, Vienne — 2 folios, New York — 1 folio, Athènes — 1 folio et Lerma — 1 folio[1].
