Break the Ice est le troisième single du cinquième album studio de Britney Spears, Blackout. Il a été choisi grâce à un sondage sur le site officiel de la chanteuse, Britney.com.

Clip vidéo

Réalisé par Robert Hales, le clip de Break the Ice est un anime japonais. Ce clip s'inspire quelque peu de son précédent clip pour Toxic, on y voit donc Britney Spears dans la peau d'une super-héroïne qui s'infiltre dans un immeuble pour y détruire son clône.

Le clip a été diffusé pour la première fois le 13 mars 2008 sur le site Internet Blackoutball.com[1].

  • Malgré aucune promotion, le clip, sous forme de manga, a été vu 31 millions de fois sur Youtube[2].
