Synopsis

Jake Riley était hanté par un tueur en série nommé Garotte. Mais Jake, inspecteur de police, se jura un jour de l'arrêter. À chaque nouveau crime, Garotte appelait Jake, mais l'enquête n'avançait pas! Désillusionné, Jake décide de quitter la Police, et c'est alors que le département des services secrets du gouvernement lui demande de se joindre à un certain projet. La NSA avait effectivement créé un clone de son rival, un Réplicant et ce, grâce à l'ADN de Garotte. Jake et ce nouvel "être humain" vont développer une relation étrange ...
