Ren et Stimpy (VO : The Ren & Stimpy Show) est une série télévisée d'animation américano-canadienne en 95 épisodes de 11 minutes, créée par John Kricfalusi et diffusée pour la première fois aux États-Unis à partir du 11 août 1991 sur le réseau Nickelodeon en tant que Nicktoons original. La série a été allongée en cinq saisons et diffusée sur Nickelodeon.
En France, la série a été diffusée à partir de 1994 sur Game One. Au Québec, la série a été diffusée à Télétoon à partir de septembre 1997.

Synopsis
En vedette : deux acolytes, Ren et Stimpy. Ren est un chihuahua prétentieux, dominateur, hargneux, égoïste, agressif et violent . Il souvent l'habitude de piquer des crises de colère spectaculaires et hilarantes. Stimpy, son inséparable ami, est un chat ébouriffé d'une stupidité étonnante. Ensemble, ils parcourent le monde, allant parfois même au delà de celui-ci, dans des aventures insensées.
Épisodes
La série s'est étendue sur cinq saisons, chacune contenant 52 épisodes. L'émission a été produite par le studio d'animation Spümcø de Kricfalusi durant les deux premières saisons. Commencement de la troisième saison (1993-1994), l'émission est produit par Nickelodeon's Games Animation.
