L' édition 2010 du King of the Ring est la dix-neuvième édition du King of the Ring, tournoi de catch, qui s'est déroulé le 29 novembre 2010 au Wells Fargo Center de la ville de Philadelphie, aux États-Unis[1]. Tout comme l'édition précédente, qui avait eu lieu le 21 avril 2008, cette édition ne se déroule pas en pay-per-view (comme c'était le cas jusqu'en 2006) mais lors d'un épisode spécial de Raw. Elle incluait seize participants.

Les huitièmes de finales du tournoi, qui incluait seize participants (dont un seul, The Big Show, avait déjà participé à une édition du tournoi), se sont déroulées lors de Raw du 22 novembre et lors du SmackDown du 26 novembre, respectivement pour les membres de chaque division. Cependant, les matchs entre les qualifiés lors de la soirée du tournoi voyait s'affronter des catcheurs de Raw et SmackDown.
