Issam Kamal est un chanteur marocain né en 1983 à Azilal.
Son nom est fortement lié à la ville d'El Jadida où il a grandi puisqu'il est leader du groupe marocain MAZAGAN créé en 1998 à El Jadida, alliant chants traditionnels et arrangements modernes.
Il est aussi connu pour avoir créé un nouveau style de musique au Maroc appelé Chaâbi-groove: un mélange de chant rural ( reggada, gharnati, hassanya, ...) et de son urbain (rock, pop, funk, electro...)[réf. nécessaire]
