Harriet Ruth Harman (née le 30 juillet 1950, dans le quartier de Marylebone à Londres), est une femme politique britannique, membre du Parti travailliste.
Élue Deputy Leader (chef adjointe) du Parti travailliste le 24 mai 2007 en remplacement de John Prescott, elle assure la direction du parti aux côtés de Gordon Brown. Lorsque ce dernier démissionne le 11 mai 2010, elle lui succède à titre temporaire et devient, de ce fait, chef de l'opposition en remplacement du nouveau Premier ministre, le conservateur David Cameron. Suite à l'élection d'Ed Miliband à la tête du parti, Harman assume encore une fois la position de chef adjointe.
Au sein du gouvernement, elle a notamment occupé les fonctions de leader à la Chambre des communes (ministre des Relations avec le Parlement) et Lord du sceau privé de 2007 à 2010. Elle est par ailleurs députée de Camberwell and Peckham, circonscription du Grand Londres depuis 1997, ayant auparavant représenté la circonscription de Peckham à partir d'une élection partielle tenue en 1982.
Harriet Harman est marié à Jack Dromey, député depuis 2010.
