William John Aitken, né le 2 février 1894 à Peterhead (Écosse) et mort le 9 août 1973, était un footballeur et entraîneur de football écossais. Il évoluait au poste de milieu de terrain offensif.

Formé aux Glasgow Rangers FC, il part ensuite à 26 ans en Angleterre, tout d'abord à Newcastle United (pour 2 500 de £) puis à Preston North End (pour 11 500 de £), ensuite il va en France à l'AS Cannes en 1931 à l'âge de 37 ans (avec qui il remporte une coupe de France en 1932 à 38 ans et 81 jours contre le RC Roubaix (1-0)). Il devient ensuite entraîneur-joueur au Stade de Reims et au FC Antibes, et dispute son dernier match de D1 le 19 novembre 1938 contre l'AS Saint-Étienne à l'âge de 44 ans et 290 jours.
