Vector le crocodile (ベクター・ザ・クロコダイル en japonais) est un personnages de la série de jeux Sonic par Sega. Il a fait sa première apparition dans Knuckles' Chaotix sur 32X.

On le retrouve dans Sonic Heroes, où il est est le chef de l'équipe de détectives de la Team Choatix, composée de lui, Charmy the Bee et Espio the Chameleon. Une mission leur est confiée par un mystérieux commanditaire qui leur communique ses ordres via un talkie-walkie. Ils détruisent nombre d'installations de Eggman, avant de se rendre compte que leur commanditaire n'était autre que Metal sonic, le boss final du jeu.

C'est aussi un personnage jouable dans Mario et Sonic aux Jeux Olympiques, et fait partie de la catégorie des personnages puissants.

Dans les comics Archie, il fait équipe avec Charmy, Espio, Mighty the Armadillo et Fang the Sniper pour défendre la Special Zone.

Dans Sonic X, il forme la même équipe de détectives que dans Sonic Heroes, mais ils sont téléportés dans le monde des humains, tout en ayant été chargés par Vanilla the rabbit d'enquêter sur la "disparition" de Cream the rabbit, sa fille.
