Espio est un personnage du jeu vidéo Sonic Heroes.

Espio est un personnage méconnu car il n'apparait que très peu. Dans les comics Archie,il forme,avec Mighty the armadillo, Vector the crocodile et Charmy the bee, la Team Chaotix protège la special zone. Il apparait aussi dans Shadow the Hedgehog.

Dans Sonic X, il a été téléporté dans le monde des humains, avec Vector et Charmy avec qui il forme une équipe de détectives privés. leur mission de l'instant était de retrouver Cream the rabbit pour le compte de sa mère.

Dans Sonic Heroes, il forme la même équipe de détectives,La Team Chaotix, mais se voient confier une autre mission par un mystérieux commanditaire qui leur communique ses ordre via un talkie-walkie. Ils détruisent nombres installations de Eggman, avant de se rendre compte que leur commanditaire n'était autre qu'Eggman enfermé par Metal Madness le boss final du jeux.
