Le syndrome MASS acronyme de valve mitrale, un diamètre aortique atteignant la limite supérieure de la normale, des signes cutanés tels des vergetures (skin en anglais) et des signes squelettiques est une association de signes retrouvée dans des familles de malades.
Ce syndrome est une forme mineure du syndrome de Marfan.
