Palais royal des expositions
Le Palais royal des expositions (anglais : Royal Exhibition Building) est un bâtiment conçu, avec les jardins Carlton, pour les grandes expositions internationales de 1880 et 1888 à Melbourne[1]. Sur le territoire australien, les deux biens sont inscrit depuis 2004 sur la liste du patrimoine mondial.
Dessiné par Joseph Reed, le bâtiment est en brique, en bois, en acier et en ardoise. Son architecture est très influencée par les architecture byzantine, romane, lombarde et de la Renaissance italienne[1].
