Vézins-de-Lévézou en occitan Vesinh (de Leveson), est une commune française, située dans le département de l'Aveyron et la région Midi-Pyrénées. Ses habitants sont appelés les Vézinois.

Histoire
Le village abrite depuis le Moyen Âge la famille de Vezins, l'une des plus anciennes de France. Le château, toujours habité par la famille, peut être visité l'été.
