Le kefta (ou kofteh) est une boulette de viande que l'on sert dans les Balkans, dans le Sous-continent indien, en Afrique du Nord et dans le Moyen-Orient.
Dans sa forme la plus simple, les keftas se composent de viande hachée — généralement du bœuf ou de l'agneau — mélangée avec des épices et/ou des oignons. Les formes végétariennes comme le kefta lauki, le kefta shahi aloo, et le kefta malais sont populaires en Inde, tout comme l'est le kefta fait à partir la viande hachée de chèvre.
