Keith Earls, né le 2 octobre 1987 à Moyross (Limerick (Irlande)), est un joueur de rugby à XV, qui joue avec la province de Munster et avec l'équipe d'Irlande dans les catégories de jeunes, évoluant au poste de centre ou d'ailier (1,80 m et 90 kg).
Il joue avec la province de Munster en coupe d'Europe et en Celtic League.
Il fait partie des vingt-deux joueurs retenus pour la finale de la Coupe d'Europe de rugby à XV 2007-2008 remportée par le Munster, même s'il ne joue pas. Il dispute le premier match de la Coupe d'Europe de rugby à XV 2008-2009, il a déjà joué au 12 octobre 2008 quatre matchs de Ligue Celte et inscrit quatre essais.
Il a connu les sélections de jeunes, remportant le Grand Chelem dans le tournoi avec l'Irlande des moins de 20 ans, il a connu la sélection d'Irlande A.

Equipe nationale
Le 19 mars 2011, il remporte avec l'équipe d'Irlande la dernière rencontre du tournoi des six nations 2011 face à l'Angleterre. Ce succès, de très belle facture, net (24-8) et engagé permet aux Irlandais de finir 3e du tournoi.
