John Labatt (né le 11 décembre 1838, décédé le 27 avril 1915) était un homme d'affaires et brasseur canadien.
Labatt naquit dans le canton de Westminster, près de London dans le Haut-Canada et était le troisième fils de John Kinder Labatt, fondateur de la Labatt Brewing Company. Lors du décès de son père en 1866, John assuma le contrôle de l'entreprise et, sous sa supervision, elle devint l'une des brasseries les plus importantes au Canada. Suite à sa mort, la compagnie fut opérée par ses neuf enfants, alors que ses fils John Sackville Labatt et Hugh Francis Labatt assumèrent les rôles administratifs.
