Iacopo Bellini (ou Jacopo Bellini) (né en 1400 à Venise et mort en 1470) est un peintre italien du XVe siècle. Il est le père d'une dynastie d'artistes, dont Giovanni Bellini et Gentile Bellini.

Ses représentations de la Vierge à l’expression grave et au coloris somptueux gardent quelque chose de la tradition byzantine, encore bien présente à Venise dans la première moitié du XVe siècle. D’autres tableaux qui lui sont attribués, se rattachent au style gothique et à l’art de Gentile da Fabriano, lequel vint à Venise pour décorer le palais des Doges.
Mais Iacopo a surtout travaillé à de grandes peintures décoratives aujourd’hui disparues. L’esprit de la Renaissance révélé à Iacopo par les artistes florentins, inspire une construction étudiée de ses tableaux et le déploiement de nobles architectures, et l’on y voit aussi s’exprimer le goût, déterminant pour l’école vénitienne, du paysage et du détail familier.
